Refund policy
At DELALUZ, every piece is thoughtfully produced in limited quantities. To help us remain sustainable as a small business, all sales are considered final.
Returns
Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer size exchanges for tees if requested within 7 days of delivery, pending inventory availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
We currently do not offer returns or refunds for
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor variations in color or fit due to screen settings or garment dye processes
Please review all product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we generally recommend sizing up.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in the case of:
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged item upon arrival
If this happens, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Final Sale Items
All limited drops, accessories, hats, scarves, intimates, discounted items, and promotional purchases are final sale.
